Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management solution, which will give you complete authority over your email boxes and mailing lists. With this user-friendly GUI, you can create a brand new email box in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Also, you can forward email messages from one e-mailbox account to another, set up e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and secure your email boxes against spam electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mail accounts against spam electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwelcome emails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your email messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain email account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming e-mail messages according to specific rules defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly create an email filter for any of your mail accounts and change the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mails from one mail account to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Simply choose the e-mail box account you want to forward messages from, then specify the target mailbox and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your choice to access your mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you wish to set up on your desktop computer or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email mailbox will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple email boxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to easily create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will take care of the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all email box - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
